Chris Livett has a reputation for operational excellence on the River Thames inLondon having coordinated some of the river's most technical filming stunt sequences inlcuding James Bond and Harry Potter. London River Thames RIB Blasts:

Nothing else comes close. Rib events on the Thames literally stop the traffic - we make maximum use of London’s geography in a way never envisaged before.

We blast through central London at high speed from Parliament to beyond the Thames Barrier, seeing the heart of London and the financial districts, (there are no speed limits).

Using Europe’s largest fleet of Ribs, we are ideally placed to entertain groups of up to 200 people – an ideal accompaniment to a meeting, conference or product launch.

Whilst we specialise in large corporate events we are equally competitive at offering smaller bespoke events such as stag parties – high adrenaline entertainment without having to leave central London.

The detail

•    We are able to operate on The Thames at any time during daylight hours. We have found that the format most enjoyed is a 2 hour blast through the principal section of Central Londonand then through the Thames Barrier where we have sufficient River space to demonstrate the amazing handling quality of the Ribs.

•    There is no speed limit on The Thames in central London. Although we travel fast, we are very aware of and considerate to other River users. Before applying full power, we wait until we have cleared the Thames Barrier, creating an excellent finale before returning to the disembarkation point

•    These boats normally operate in choppy coastal waters. In central Londonwe are able to guarantee operating in all but the most extreme conditions. Typically only snow storms will stop us.

•    We provide smart breathable oilskins for everybody, which will keep participants warm and dry even through the most inclement weather.

•    Most of our clients chose to join us at St. Katherine’s pier just below and to the east of TowerBridge on the North bank. As well as being convenient for both the city and the West End, there are excellent facilities at the adjacent hotel for leaving bags and taking refreshments overlooking the River both before and after the event.

London River Thames RIB Treasure Hunt:

Rib Treasure Hunts on the Thames literally stop the traffic - we make use of London’s geography in a way never envisaged before. With no speed limits on large stretches of the Thames, we are able to make full use of the breathtaking speed and performance characteristics of these amazing boats.

Using Europe’s largest fleet of Ribs, we can entertain groups of up to 200 people – an ideal accompaniment to a meeting, conference or product launch.

The Rib Treasure Hunt focuses on solving fiendish clues within the heart of London. You will see London in a whole new light from the water – the shallow draft enables us to get right up to world famous landmarks – vital for solving the clues.

As well as the all important competitive element, the Treasure Hunt encompasses a high speed blast from TowerBridge to beyond the Thames Barrier– an amazing and nerve jangling preview of the 2012 Olympic site.

The detail

•    We operate on The Thames during daylight hours. We have found that the format most enjoyed is a 4 hour Rib Treasure Hunt. We offer a full range of catering to suit budget and tastes for before, during or after the event – all within central London.

•    We board the boats at St.Katherine’s Pier just by TowerBridge. The Treasure Hunt will be in central Londonto the West of Tower Bridge and we show off the high performance of these remarkable boats past the Barrier to the East of Tower Bridge.

•    St.Katherine’s is the ideal place to meet – easily accessible from both the City and the West End and with great facilities in the excellent adjacent hotel for leaving bags and taking refreshments overlooking the River.

•    The participants will be spilt into teams with each team on a separate but otherwise identical boat. Issued with charts, stop watches and a waterproof Treasure Hunt pack, the boats will move off at two minute intervals. The challenges will stretch the best informed Londoners whilst there is still plenty of content for guests for whom English may not be their first language.

•    These boats normally operate in choppy coastal waters. In central Londonwe are able to guarantee operating in all but the most extreme conditions. Typically only snow storms will stop us.

•    We provide smart breathable oilskins for everybody, which will keep participants warm and dry even through the most inclement weather.

Charters on a Budget:

If the above is outside your budget please contact us in the office as we have other options which may be of interest. One popular solution is to have less boats! Splitting the party over fewer boats instantly halves the cost and lengthens the whole experience as you will have two consecutive groups for the RIB experience.
